“Kalmenergo” branch of “IDGC of the South”, JSC proves conformity to international standards

Today “Kalmenergo” branch of “IDGC of the South”, JSC obtained Certificates which prove conformity to international quality standards ISO series (quality, ecology and labour protection).

The Certificates were presented at seminar-meeting “On future tasks of “Kalmenergo” staff concerning improvement of Integrated Quality Management System operation.”

Specialists of Quality Management services of “IDGC of the South”, JSC; “Kubanenergo”, JSC; “Astrakhanenergo”; “Volgogradenergo”; “Rostovenergo”; “Kalmenergo” executive body also took part in this seminar.

Participants of the meeting also visited Lagan and carried out selective audit in production department of “Kaspiysk power grids” branch of “Kalmenergo”. It was chosen to carry out supervisory audit and between participants of the meeting. Heads of Quality Management services from “IDGC of the South”, JSC branches and “Kubanenergo”, JSC made reports for the second quarter of 2010.

“Kaspiysk power grids” branch of “Kalmenergo” started introduction of Integrated Management System on the basis of international standards ISO series (quality, ecology and labour protection) with the assistance of “IDGC of the South”, JSC from August 2007. As a result power grids obtained the Certificate which proves that “Kalmenergo” monitors and efficiently manages all business processes as well as controls secondary processes and information flows.
