Shares of “IDGC of the South”, JSC included in MICEX Quotation List “B”

Ordinary non-certified shares of “Interregional Distribution Grid Company of the South”, JSC were included in CJSC MICEX Quotation List “B”. Trading in CJSC MICEX quotation list “B” starts on July 16, 2010.

“IDGC of the South”, JSC ordinary registered shares were subsequently included into CJSC MICEX Quotation List “B” from Non-Listed Securities Schedule in conformity with  CJSC MICEX order No.634-p dated 12.07.2010.

“Interregional Distribution Grid Company of the South”, JSC was registered on July 28, 2007 in Rostov-on-Don. It transmits power to supergrids on the territory of Krasnodar, Rostov, Astrakhan and Volga regions, the Republics of Kalmykia and Adygheya. Length of over-head and cable power lines maintained by “IDGC of the South”, JSC is 254 487 thousand km. The main equipment include 838 substations of 110 kV voltage, 1094 substations of 35 kV voltage and more than 52 thousand transformer substations of 10/0,4 kV voltage.

Today “IDGC of the South”, JSC is one of the biggest and dynamically developing power grid companies in Southern Federal district. “IDGC of the South”, JSC maintain 423 thousand square kilometers area with  population of 14 mln. people. Length of over-head and cable power lines maintained by the Company accounts for one quarter of a million kilometers. Its staff is almost 23 thousand people.
